I’m Sandy C. Newbigging — therapist, meditation teacher, mentor, mind–body specialist, author and guide. Since 2005, I’ve worked with people from around the world to to resolve what’s troubling them, deepen what’s going well, and create genuinely helpful change in their inner and outer lives.
My work brings together therapeutic depth, mind–body insight and lived spiritual understanding — shaped by decades of practice, teaching and real human experience — allowing me to meet what you’re facing from multiple angles and work at the real root of what’s going on.
