It is the "&" that matters most. The recognition that we are multidimensional — mind, body, soul, and life — all interacting with one another and with the world. And that everything belongs — including the parts we've been told don't, or the parts that don't yet make sense.
This understanding gives us better answers to our biggest questions. Because clarity and belonging are where change and growth begin.
This is a community for anyone ready to live from a deeper, more integrative perspective — including the human alongside the spiritual.
Each month we meet online to explore a topic, question, or theme — about this, and that, and everything in between. Members are welcome to bring their own questions, reflections, and experiences. This & That is a community of people making sense of life — together.
We meet on Zoom at 7pm on the first Sunday of each month.
Meetings last up to 2 hours. The replays are available if you can’t attend live.
