I know what it’s like to be successful yet unsettled. I lived it myself. I had the achievements, recognition, book deals, TV exposure, ideal partner, beautiful home — and yet a quiet dissatisfaction remained. That tension pushed me beyond conventional coaching, traditional therapy and surface-level spiritual ideals.

My path gives me a rare combination of depth and grounded clarity. My fourteen years as a monk in a spiritual community that turned into a cult taught me how to discern truth from illusion, grounded presence from escapism, and authentic alignment from performance. This is spiritual depth without dogma or unnecessary “woo-woo.”

  • IAM is for individuals who have achieved a lot externally and now want to explore, further develop, and align their ‘inner world’.

    Are you really enjoying the success you have? Is there ever an emptiness, boredom, or sense that ‘there must be more to life than this?’. Do you want more inner peace and fulfillment? Are you curious about the bigger life questions, like ‘Who am I, really?’

    IAM is less about ‘transforming your life’, and more about gaining the knowledge, skills, and perspectives required to really enjoy the life you already have. If you’re ready for a deeper inner shift — rather than superficial changes or short-term goals or fixes — IAM is likely a strong fit.

  • I get that time can already be limited, you want to use your time wisely, and you may hesitate at the thought of adding something else to your already busy schedule. I’m all about efficiency and have designed this mentorship for busy people.

    We will either meet weekly or bi-weekly from 60-90 minutes. For the longer mentorships, we usally start weekly and then move to bi-weekly.

    Outside of our meetings, if you want to use any of my meditations, they take around 20 minutes per ‘meditation sitting’. Depending on your personal preferences and depth of work, you can opt to meditate once or twice per day. Other ‘homework’ is usually done alongside your daily activities.

  • IAM blends coaching enquiry, trauma-aware therapeutic work, somatic insight, mind-body understanding, and grounded spiritual wisdom and practises. It is not goal-oriented coaching or symptom-focused therapy. Instead, we work at the identity level — where your patterns, beliefs and emotional imprints shape your inner experience of life.

    Although, I’m trained in both classic and cutting-edge coaching, therapeutic and spiritual modalities, I’m often told I understand and apply them differently.

  • Many IAM clients have done inner work already. IAM meets you at a different level — the root layer of identity, patterns and emotional architecture — rather than strategies, coping mechanisms or surface-level mindset work. Past work does not disqualify you; it often prepares you.

  • Each session is responsive to what’s present for you. We always start with you ‘checking-in’ and then go from there. A typical IAM meeting may include guided enquiry, emotional and somatic work, practical insights, releasing trauma or beliefs etc., or me teaching you spiritual perspectives and protocols. The work is precise and personalised — not scripted or formulaic — ensuring you get what you need on the day.

  • You don’t need to arrive “fixed,” clear, or emotionally stable — only willing to be honest, reflective, and open to the work. IAM is a partnership, not passive consumption. Your commitment, curiosity and presence are what create the most meaningful shifts.

  • Most clients experience a sense of relief, clarity or emotional shift early in the mentorship. Some of the insights or techniques I will share with you will have an immediate impact upon how you think, feel and respond.

    However, it’s worth nothing that IAM is not a quick-fix approach. It is designed for deep, lasting realignment of your inner world. This can take time, which is why we will go on a 3, 6 or 12 month journey together. The exact timeline will reflect your history, readiness and level of engagement.

  • That’s completely normal. During your introductory Zoom call, we’ll discuss your current situation, your needs and aspirations, and the depth of work you’re ready for, and wanting. From there, I will recommend the timeframe and type (only online or with in-person elements) that best supports your inner alignment.

    You also know yourself best - if you prefer to work faster, more intensively, or if you prefer more time to process, integrate and ensure the deepest inner shifts; not just conceptually, but experientially.

  • Yes. Complete confidentiality and professional discretion are foundational to this work. What you share in IAM remains entirely private.

    I’ve worked with famous household names, including movie stars. You are free to tell the world about us working together, or keep it secret. It’s entirely up to you.

  • Not at all. Many clients come because they sense a general quiet inner misalignment, or know they’re at a personal or professional threshold. IAM is designed for individuals who are ready for deeper clarity, authenticity and inner peace — not just those in crisis.

    Saying this, if you do hit a moment of crisis, I am trained to guide you through it and get you to the other side. You can raise any issues you are experiencing during our next meeting, or take advantage of the IAM priority scheduling benefit and reach out for a ‘Quick Response Call’ - which is included in your IAM investment.

  • As long as you let me know in advance that you can’t make one of our mentoring meetings, then there is no charge for even last minute rescheduling. You can simply reschedule our meeting using my automated online scheduling system.

    If cancelling or postponing our mentoring meetings becomes a regular occurrence, we will chat about it and agree upon the best way to work together moving forward.

    I am flexible. I understand that life happens. I also recognise that there is a natural rhythm to this kind of deep inner work, and you may need more time between our scheduled meetings than anticipated, or wish to pause the mentorship for a longer period of time. Again, we will discuss your needs, and agree upon the best duration of the ‘time-out’.

  • Because this work operates at a deep emotional and identity level, it’s normal for moments of resistance, discomfort or uncertainty to arise. In fact, these points of friction often signal that you are approaching a breakthrough — not that something is wrong. Some of the most meaningful shifts in IAM happen right at the moments when people feel the urge to pull away or stop.

    Rather than stepping out of the process, I always encourage you to bring any concerns, fears or internal resistance into our meetings. These moments are invaluable; they reveal patterns, protective strategies and old emotional imprints that are ready to be explored and released. Avoiding them interrupts the work, whereas meeting them directly often becomes a defining part of your growth.

    Because of the depth, preparation and personal commitment required for IAM, all fees are final and non-refundable once your mentorship begins. This boundary protects the integrity of the work and ensures that the container remains stable and reliable for both of us. If challenges arise at any point, we will navigate them together — with honesty, care and clarity — as part of your inner alignment journey.
