Most people feel they have to choose between a therapist for their pain, a coach for their progress, or a spiritual teacher for their inner work. But real life doesn’t divide neatly like that.

Guidance Sessions offer something different: a multidimensional, integrative space where all of you is welcome — and where the support meets you exactly where you are. Whether what you’re facing is emotional, mental, physical, spiritual, or rooted in your life, the work adapts to what you genuinely need. Because my background spans all of these areas, the sessions naturally reflect that breadth and depth.

This is what allows the work to be truly responsive. You don’t have to fit yourself into a single modality or choose between healing and growth. You receive support for both the challenges and the opportunities in your life.

Guidance Sessions draw from my Mind Detox work and an integrative approach shaped over decades of practice — including trauma-aware therapy, mind-body understanding, emotional work, spiritual perspective, and practical life guidance. Not in a fixed formula, but in a way that adapts to what you genuinely need in each session.

People bring a wide range of real-life concerns into sessions, including health issues, emotional pain, relationship challenges, work or money patterns, major decisions, life stress, and spiritual confusion.

The support meets you where you are, works at the root of what’s going on, and helps you move forward in a way that feels supportive, deeply helpful, and true to you.

What Makes This Guidance Different

I never fitted neatly into one professional box. Early in my career, I trained in mainstream therapeutic and coaching methods, but they always felt too narrow for the complexity of what people were bringing. Real human experience doesn’t separate into tidy categories — emotional pain influences the body, life circumstances shape our inner world, spiritual questions sit inside psychological patterns.

For a long time, I misunderstood this breadth as a flaw. I wondered why I couldn’t just specialise, choose a single identity, or commit to one modality like so many others seemed to. Over time, and through thousands of sessions, something became clear: people’s needs don’t fit neatly into one discipline. And neither does my work. What once felt like being a generalist was actually the natural expression of a multidimensional way of seeing and supporting people.

I now understand that this integrative approach is not only what I do best — it’s what many people genuinely need. Especially those whose experiences, challenges, and growth don’t fit inside a single method or philosophy. My work has evolved by following what is true and needed: a whole-human, whole-life approach that meets you at the level your experience lives — in your mind, emotions, body, soul, or external life — and supports genuine change from the inside out, in real life.

What Happens in a Session

Each session begins with whatever feels most present for you — a feeling, thought, pattern, situation, or simply a sense that something needs attention. Depending on what you bring, the session may include:

  • calm, attuned enquiry

  • exploring emotional or psychological roots

  • processing past experiences or unresolved traumas

  • mind–body insight into physical symptoms or patterns

  • resolving inner conflicts or points of tension

  • shifting familiar emotional or behavioural loops

  • deepening clarity, self-understanding or inner stability

  • practical guidance for real-life challenges

  • grounded spiritual or existential perspective, when helpful

  • developing the “good stuff” in your life to make it even better

Some sessions focus on healing something difficult. Others centre on growth, clarity, or strengthening what’s already going well. Many include both — because life often does.

About Your Guide:

I’ve worked with individuals around the world as a guide, mentor, therapist, meditation teacher, mind–body specialist, and retreat leader. I’m a lifelong student and teacher — trained in established therapeutic and spiritual modalities, and creator of methods now used by practitioners internationally.

My path hasn’t been linear. I’ve experienced manipulation by a narcissistic guru and spent years in a spiritual cult. Those experiences humbled me, broke me open, and ultimately taught me how to stand tall as a real, whole human being.

I bring that humanity, humility and multidimensional perspective into my work — blending psychological depth, somatic understanding and spiritual maturity in a way clients often say is rare to find in one place.

My aim is simple: to help you understand the true root of what’s going on — and grow beyond it.

Here’s the options I offer and how we begin.

Session Options:

Guidance Sessions are available in two formats:

1-Session — £300

Single sessions are offered for new clients, so you can begin without committing to a block, if you wish. If you’d like more sessions, you can book them in 4-session blocks.

4-Sessions — £995

This allows patterns to be explored, understood, and integrated — rather than just addressed once.

If you’re looking for a more structured, long-term mentorship experience, the Inner Alignment Mentorship (IAM) may be a better fit. More Info) Guidance Sessions are my flexible, session-based option.

Sessions are 60-90 minutes each, held online, and 100% confidential. Clients often experience meaningful shifts within their first block.

Terms: Due to the depth and structure of this work, all fees are final and non-refundable once your journey begins.
